an very nice stay!
relaxing place amazing room good variety
This was honestly such a relaxing place. the staff accomodated everything i needed, from a to z. the rooms were wonderful. They just looked amazing. breakfast brought a good variety.
i noticed that the pool water didn't feel very refreshing and was somewhat difficult to enter because of its high sides.

The bartender recommended amazing wine! the breakfast and dinner staff were super accomodating, and the resort has a very nice collection of fine wines. It's something to look forward to. they treat their guests so well

The resort has a charming plantation vibe. It feels like a nice break from the usual beach scene! the location is also great, being close to cenang beach and the airport, so that was wonderful for access.

The staff were really warm and helpful! they even helped me plan activities. I was super grateful for that. the serviceteam is also very attentive and friendly. They offer help at every step. this is a top level experience

pool area heritage charm helpful staff great value
the pool area offered provided towels. the resort grounds felt distinctly 'heritage'. the staff members were wonderful, always ready with assistance and a smile. i found great value in my overall experience here.
i noticed some very slight wear and tear in the villa, particularly with some minor paint peeling.

The restaurant features local and international dishes throughout the day. i particularly enjoyed having breakfast on site each morning. It was a buffet offering asian options, fruit, omelets, and pastries.

the location is slightly outside the main town area. the walk to town and the beach took about 20 minutes. bicycle rentals were available for convenient exploration, and taxis were easily accessible if needed.

the staff demonstrated attentiveness, kindness, and helpfulness, especially the housekeeping ladies. i received prompt answers to my questions from the admin team. the bar staff were equally amazing, contributing to a nice experience.

historical charm, a nice stay
quiet hotel excellent location nice dining area friendly staff
the breakfast options changed daily and the coffee was good i liked the dining area near the pool it was a perfect way to start the day the staff were very friendly and helpful they made my stay feel special i appreciated the quirky mix of antiques and the cool vibe.
the hotel is located a short drive away from the main tourist center transportation is needed to get to certain attractions or restaurants this may require planning.

noisy air conditioning high edge
The breakfast spread was excellent with great variety.
The air conditioning unit was VERY noisy. It was hard to ignore. The room itself was disappointing. It seemed like a wooden box. The pool water was not refreshing, and entering it was difficult due to the high edge.

I found the gardens beautiful. buildings are also lovely. i enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The food and drinks were reasonably priced. the pool area was relaxing.
the room felt a bit outdated. the water pressure was weak in the afternoon.
